04/11 : Coffee on Sunday 08/11

Dear all!
Apologies for those who expected a Sunday coffee this Sunday. Sometimes it is not possible to organise it for various reasons. However, this should not put you off, because we are back with a Sunday coffee, games and chatting this weekend.
This time we will have a conversation about the future of the Hellenic Society. As you already know, the Hellenic Society is run by students of Edinburgh University who have voluteered to help in bringing Greeks together during their journey in the academic world. It is really important to maintain this effort of keeping our culture alive even when far from Greece.
We need your input and people who would like to have an active role in the society in order to bring fresh ideas and make them a reality. We cannot let years of volunteering to maintain the Hellenic Society disappear! Those who run the society at the moment will soon no longer be students and it will be impossible to run it because of the EUSA regulations. All societies are managed by Edinburgh University students, undergraduate and postgraduate.
Running a society will have many challenges for you and you can use it as a building skills opportunity for you CV.
We expect you all at the Native State on Sunday (8/11/09) from 2 pm onwards to enjoy a warm chocolate, a flavoured coffee, to socialise and have fun!!
We would love to see you all!
